Ebella Aveline Return Policy
- Ebella Aveline only offers returns for store credit (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Return must be made within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your items. Please note after the 7th day the item is considered final sale and we will not be able to offer a credit.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Please report any damages on the below link shipping & return. Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving your merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Returns must meet the requirements for store credit: Merchandise must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandize that may be returned with any signs of wear and or smell of fragrance or smoke.
- Non-Returnable merchandise: sale products and bodysuits.
- Original shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send order back to Ebella Aveline.
- Return Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
- If your order is returned undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
- Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- Ebella Aveline is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit, you must reach out to the shipping carrier.
